Click to create and spread announcements by specifying a title and a detailed message, which can be shared across multiple user groups simultaneously.

There are four distinct types of announcements available for different purposes:

• Alert: For urgent and immediate notifications that require prompt attention.

• Info: For general information or updates that are informative but not time sensitive.

• Warning: For critical warnings that may impact users’ operations or require caution.

• Announcement: For formal communications about significant changes or updates.
