Users

  • After completing the network configuration steps, it’s time to add users. Navigate to the user management section and enter the following details for each new user: First and last name, Email address, Username and Contact number.

  • Once the basic details are entered, assign the user to a specific group (created in the earlier steps), and generate a secure password for the user.

  • You must also specify whether the user will be associated with Secure Connect or Pligence Connect, based on your organization’s structure.

  • Ensure you record the username, password, and domain for future reference, as these credentials are critical for the user’s access to the system.

  • A set of instructions is provided at the bottom of the setup window to guide you through the process and ensure everything is correctly configured.
