NAT Settings

External FQDN – Enter the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) for accessing Pligence Connect. This domain is critical for external users to securely connect to your system and should be properly configured in your DNS settings for smooth accessibility.

Dashboard Port – Specify the port number used for accessing the Pligence Connect web admin dashboard. For enhanced security, it’s recommended to restrict access to specific IP addresses or geographic regions to prevent unauthorized access to admin functionalities.

Backend Port – This port facilitates the connection between mobile devices and Pligence Connect. It allows secure communication for devices that are part of your mobile device management (MDM) setup, ensuring seamless backend operations.

iOS MDM Port – This port is dedicated to Apple devices that are either BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) or Fully Managed under your MDM system. Proper configuration ensures these devices remain connected and receive necessary management updates.

Socket Port – Configure this port for handling real-time notifications and operational actions across devices. It’s used for instant updates such as system alerts, user notifications, and other live activities that require immediate feedback.
Configure Proxy

Hostname – Enter the domain or IP address of the proxy server through which all internet traffic will be routed. This is essential for organizations that need to control and monitor internet access for security or compliance purposes.
