Click on “Devices” in the Dashboard.

Select “Android” on the left panel.

Select “Enroll Device”, then choose the appropriate Device Type which you would like to use.

After selecting the device type, click “Enroll Device”.

A QR code will be generated, which you can either scan directly or send to the user’s email.
NOTE: They must install the Android Device Policy app from the Google Play Store or by visiting this link before proceeding to scan the QR code.

Once installed, they will open the app, scan the QR code, and the enrollment process will begin automatically.

Generate Enrollment URL:

Use the enrollment token from enrollmentTokens.create or the enterprise’s signinEnrollmentToken.

Create the URL using this format:
https://enterprise.google.com/android/enroll?et=<enrollmentToken>

Share this URL with IT admins.
-
IT admins can then pass the link to the end users.
-
When the end user clicks the link on their device, they’ll be guided through setting up the work profile.
Fully Managed
NOTE: The phone should be brand new or has just been factory reset.

Once you reach the language selection screen, tap an empty space 7 times.
-
A QR scanner will appear on the screen.

Use the scanner to scan the QR code you received.

Once scanned, the enrollment process will begin automatically.

DPC identifier method:

If Android Device Policy can’t be added via QR code or NFC, follow these steps to set up a company-owned device using the DPC identifier method:

Start the setup wizard on a new or factory-reset device.

Enter Wi-Fi login details to connect the device to the internet.
-
When prompted to sign in, enter afw#setup to download the Android Device Policy.

Scan the QR code or manually enter the enrollment token to complete device provisioning.
