Location Tracking

Click on the “Geo Locator” tab.

Once inside the Geo Locator section, click on “Location Tracking”.

You can monitor and pinpoint the real-time geographic locations of all users through their devices.

Mark a device as lost or stolen if it is misplaced or taken by clicking on the user and changing the setting (available for both iOS and Android).

Click on “Add Lost Device” on either iOS or Android, enter the number that will be displayed on the device, so if someone finds it, they can reach the number directly, enter a message that will display on the device, select the device and click on “Mark as Lost”.

It should be noted that a device cannot be placed into lost mode if:

The device is not an organization-owned device.

The device is already in lost mode.
-
The device password has been reset by an IT admin in the last 12 hours.

The employee manually exited lost mode in the last 12 hours.

It is a work-profile on a company-owned device and the work profile is paused.

Additionally, set periodic intervals to automatically fetch and monitor device locations for timely updates and tracking.
Fencing Rules

Click on the “Geo Locator” tab.

Once inside the Geo Locator section, click on “Fencing Rules”.

You can restrict access to sensitive data within a specific geographic region.

Remotely manage and secure devices based on their location, ensuring, and preventing unauthorized use.

You can zoom in on the map, click on your desired location, and a pinpoint will appear, allowing you to set a specific range around that area.

The system will then automatically perform actions on the devices based on their proximity to the specified location, whether they are inside or outside the defined area, and will execute the following actions:

Disabling the phone so the user cannot access it.

Locking the phone to secure it.
-
Wiping all data to prevent unauthorized access.

Setting up admin-only alerts.

Marking the device as lost.
