App Repository

  • Select the iOS tab to manage Apple-specific applications for your devices.

  • Click on “Add Application” to begin the process of adding apps to your repository.

  • Use the search bar to browse the Apple App Store for the apps you want to distribute to your users. Enter the name of the desired app(s) to locate them in the store.

  • Once you’ve found the app, click on the button located on the right side. You can choose to add either a single app or multiple apps at once, depending on your needs.

  • After selecting the apps, click on “Select” to finalize your selection. This will ensure that the applications are distributed and installed on the devices of all users within the group you have selected.

  • The apps will now be distributed automatically to all the users associated with the group, ensuring they have access to the required applications except Single App Kiosk.

  • After adding the app(s), hover over the app and click Open to access its options.

  • From there, you can Distribute, Block, or Delete the app as needed.

  • Access Permissions and Configurations to adjust settings specific to each app.

  • Customize app settings according to your requirements, as each app may have unique options.

  • To delete multiple apps together, click on Select in the top-right corner of the board.

  • Choose multiple apps by clicking on each one and click on “Delete”.

Blocked Applications

  • Access Blocked Applications: Once inside the Applications section, click on Blocked Applications to manage apps that are restricted from being used.

  • Add a New Blocked Application: Click on “Add Application” to initiate the process of blocking apps.

  • Enter the App Details:

  • App Name: Type in the name of the app you want to block.

  • Bundle Identifier: Enter the app bundle identifier . You can also find the bundle identifier by navigating to the app in the App Repository, hovering over the app, and clicking “Open” to retrieve the identifier.

  • Select the Target Group: Choose the group to which the blocked app policy will apply. This ensures that only the selected users or devices are restricted from using the app.

  • Block the Application: Finally, click on “Blocklist App” to complete the process and prevent the selected app from being accessed by the specified group of users.

  • To Unblock the App(s), click on Select in the top-right corner of the board.

  • Choose multiple apps by clicking on each one and click on “Unblock”.
