App Repository (Windows BYOD):

• Click on the “Applications” tab.

• Select the “Windows BYOD” tab and click on “App Repository” to manage Windows-specific applications for your devices.

• Click on “Add Application” to begin the process of adding apps to your repository.

• Type in the name along with the website, description and click on “Add Application”.

• Click on “Select” and choose the application.

• Select a group and click on “Distribute App”.

• The app will now be distributed automatically to all the users associated with the group.

• After adding the app(s), hover over the app and click “Open” to access its options.

• From there, you can “Distribute”, “Block”, “Unblock” or “Delete” the app as needed.

• You can click “Select,” choose an app, and then click “Distribute” to send the app to another group effortlessly.

• Click “Select,” choose individual apps by selecting each one, and then click “Delete” to remove them.

Blocked Applications (Windows BYOD):

· Click on the “Applications” tab.

· Select the “Windows BYOD” tab and click on “Blocked Applications” to manage apps that are restricted from being used.

· Click on “Add Application” to initiate the process of blocking apps.

· Select a group, enter the name, URL, and description, then click “Block Application” to automatically apply the restriction.

· To Unblock the App, click on Select in the top-right corner of the board, choose the application and select “Unblock”.

App Repository (Windows Fully Managed):

• Click on the “Applications” tab.

• Select the “Windows Managed” tab to manage Windows-specific applications for your devices.

• Click on “Add Application” to begin the process of adding apps to your repository.

• Select an “Upload Type,” type in the name along with the website, description and click on “Add Application”.

• There are three different “Upload Types”.

  App URL:

  Type in the name, URL download link, a description and click on “Add Application”.

  The application will be added automatically, click on “Select” on the right side of the board, choose an application and select “Distribute”.

  Select a group and click on It will be distributed automatically to all the users associated with the group.

  To Delete the application, click on “Select” on the right side of the board, choose an application and select “Delete”.

  It will be deleted automatically and be removed from the system.

  Upload URL:

  Type in the name, upload an application, write a description and click on “Add Application”.

  The application will be added automatically, click on “Select” on the right side of the board, choose an application and select “Distribute”.

  Select a group and click on It will be distributed automatically to all the users associated with the group.

  To Delete the application, click on “Select” on the right side of the board, choose an application and select “Delete”

  It will be deleted automatically and be removed from the system.

  Winget:

  Search for an application in the Microsoft Store, once it is selected and click on “Add Application”.

  The application will be added automatically, click on “Select” on the right side of the board, choose an application and select “Distribute”.

  Select a group and click on It will be distributed automatically to all the users associated with the group.

  To Delete the application, click on “Select” on the right side of the board, choose an application and select “Delete”.

  It will be deleted automatically and removed from the system.
